- Abominable and Detestable Crime against Nature the penalty for which includes imprisonment for a period of not less than seven (7) years and not more than twenty (20) years.
- Pandering the penalty for which includes imprisonment for not less than one (1) year and not more than five (5) years and a fine of not less than two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) and not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000.00).
- Loitering for Indecent Purposes the penalty for which includes imprisonment for a term not exceeding six (6) months or a fine of not less than two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) and not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or both.
- Disorderly Conduct pursuant to R.I.G.L. 11-45-1(a)(7) the penalty for which includes imprisonment for a term not more than six (6) months or a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or both.
- Indecent Exposure – Disorderly Conduct the penalty for which includes imprisonment for a term of not more than one (1) year or a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or both.
